Job Details-

• Responsible for purchasing activities (purchase order process, RFQ, sourcing, supplier quality issues and delivery) in daily office supplies, services and strategic sourcing in projects such as office renovation and any ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Develop a supplier base, Communicate and negotiate with suppliers, responsible for benchmarking exercise and analyse vendor performance on a periodic basis
• Maintain good relationship with vendors
• Monitor, measure and review supplier performance
• Formulate, review and establish regional and country procurement policies and procedures and work closely with project teams in relation to procurement and administration types of work.
• Explore cost saving opportunities, monitor and prevent unnecessary operating costs and office administration expenses
• Co-ordinate with internal parties and external members for managing the end to end procurement cycle smoothly.

Requirements-

• High level of personal & business integrity
• University graduate with at least 8 years in managing large and complex projects.
• Accounting or Business Administration background would be an advantage
• Experiences in other sourcing support functions as well as managing business facilities will also be a plus.
• Analytically rigorous and able to manage and interpret large amounts of data to guide decision making.
• Well proficiency in data and information analysis, planning and estimations as well as critical path analysis.
• Strong process orientation and highly customer centric
• Excellent people leadership with strong coaching, training, motivational and performance management skills
• Excellent communication (can convey complex ideas in a simple way) & interpersonal skills, including the ability to work cross-functionally
• Able to work under pressure, tough deadlines and performance pledges
• Able to communicate both in English and Chinese
• Advanced PC skills with proficiency in MS Excel, Database, PowerPoint and Project etc.
• Occasional travel will be required
