职位描述


Responsibilities:   The primary accountabilities include:

    

1.Business Development 业务发展

    

1With basic energy knowledge, understand Energy Management Contract(EMC) model, Distributed Energy (wind power, photovoltaic, energy storage)and Integrated Energy services familiar with Compressed air, HVAC system optimization.

    

具备基本的能源知识,了解能源管理合同(EMC)模型、分布式能源(风电,光伏,储能),以及综合能源服务(优选熟悉压缩空气、暖通空调系统优化)。

    

2)Familiar with Local energy market and policy, understand project execution process (application, approval and C&A)

    

熟悉当地能源市场和政策,了解项目执行流程(申请、批准和C&A)

Key Skills and Competencies:           The ideal candidate should possess:


1.A self-starter and able to motivate team to achieve ambitious targets.

2.The ideal incumbent has significant presence combined with excellent interpersonal and team-working skills as well as flexibility.

3.The individual must be energetic and energize at the same time combined with excellent strength of convictions, a self-confident individual who is able to sell ideas, concepts and programs to respective stakeholders.

4.Better to have knowledge of co-generation, boiler, heated supply and renewable energy.

5.Better to have commercial network to fast develop local market.


Education & Experience Requirements:  The ideal candidate should possess: 

1.Bachelor degree with minimum of 5 years of sales experiences in corporate services.

2.Good networking skills and customer-orientation.

3.Hard work, willing to learn new things, presentable, open mind and positive.

4.Result oriented, responsible and well organized.

                                                      

    

2.Sales Coaching 销售支持

    

1)Search for new information about potential clients.

    

搜索潜在客户的信息。

    

2)Support the business development department of the Branches, centralize the prospects and ensure information is correctly dispatched to each Business Development Managers.

    

支持分支机构的业务开发部门,集中潜在客户,并确保信息正确发送给每个业务开发经理。

    

3)Participate in the marketing and sales offer to client by working jointly with the sales team on the recommendation and the production of overall commercial documents, i.e. presentations, proposals, contracts, etc.

    

通过与销售团队合作,参与对客户的营销和销售提议,推荐和制作整体商业文件,即演示、提案、合同等。

    

4)Act as a role model for the Company’s values and culture; enhance sustainability and succession planning for the sales organizational structure in South China region.

3.Marketing Research 销售调研

    

1Implement market research studies on relevant segments and support the overall marketing & sales strategy.

    

对相关细分市场进行市场调查研究,并支持整体营销和销售战略。

    

2Monitor market competition and anticipate the actions of competitors.
