职位描述
Main Duties:
1. Manage team to provide best support to production by driving process team to meet KPI, transferring production line successfully, process control and development and process yield improvement and cost reduction;
2. Enhance process engineering capability;
3. Drive NPI activities;
4. Budget and Expense control;
5. Team development;
6. Drive and coach team to achieve best performance;
7. Process/Equipment safety.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering of ME, automation and/or Optical;
2. Minimal 3 years managerial experience in electric industrial;
3. Experience with optical electronics, SMT, IC or related industry is preferable;
4. Good command of written and spoken English is essential.
