KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. In charge of staffs attendance and payroll calculation with our current payroll system
2. Communicate with department head or employees for any payroll issues, provide right solutions when they have problems;
3. On time contribution of social insurance, tax
4. Be familiar with the tax policy and social insurance policy, update tax rate according to government’s policies
5. Manage the whole payroll system, keep good understanding and operation on our payroll system and keep communication with the system supplier
6. Assist HR manager for C&B policy implementation and regular renew
7. In charge of payroll system upgrade/update
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree in HRM, Finance or Computer major is preferred
2. At least 4 years experience in high volume manufacturing
3. Good payroll terms/structure understanding
4. Good computer skills special in excel “Statistic Function” application
5. Good English reading and writing
6. Familiar with C&B survey and job grade system
7. Familiar with labor law, tax law and social insurance system
