JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to assist the organization’s sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting qualified leads. Ultimately, you will boost the sales pipeline and contribute to our long-term business growth by working with prospects to close new business opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stay up to date on all Product and major Industry developments
- Gather all information necessary to establish a successful purchasing process with the customer. This includes, but is not limited to: Client's purchasing process; Corporate goals; Critical events; Internal stakeholders and respective attitudes; Potential blockers or threats to the collaboration
- Establish account net worth by analyzing all aspects of the case: Number of users; Type of subscription; Prospects/ Business relations
· Engage in active trading to reach optimal Proposal agreement with the prospect
- Lead prospect through the buying process to obtain a signed Proposal as efficiently as possible
- Orchestrate necessary internal and external meetings to successfully deliver on client’s requirements for signing an agreement, including but not limited to: Meetings with Security/Technical team; On-site demos; POC Shadow Demos; Pilots
· Maintain clear and updated documentation on all information gathered to ensure the rest of the team is enabled to operate as needed
- Keep prospective client database update
- Provide product presentations and demos to Sales Accepted Leads
- Identify prospect pains, drive alignment on desired impacts, and demonstrate how and why Inspectorio can enable those impacts
- Develop commercial proposals and ROI analyses based on prospective client details and information collected during the sales process
- Maintain knowledge of all product offerings of Inspectorio
- Meet sales and pipeline conversion targets consistently
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.
REQUIREMENTS
· 1 to 3 years of experience in sales for B2B SaaS, analytic tools, or applications software with a demonstrated track record in exceeding goals.
· Native level or fluent Mandarin and English speaking is a must
· Experience using Sales/Customer Success tools such as Hubspot, LinkedIn, Apollo, Salesforce…
- High sense of responsibility and accountability; possess strong client service skills
· Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives.
· Good negotiation skills; excellent interpersonal skills; be able to create and execute effective presentations
- Be detail oriented and an active listener
· Fast learner; Creative thinker
· Autonomous drive for success
· Ambitious and have high goals
· Want to build a career in sales or revenue
· Ability to work under pressure
· Ability to collaborate within internal, cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
Preferred Qualifications
· Understanding of global sourcing and/ or manufacturing industry.
· Demonstrated success with large complex commercial and legal negotiations working with procurement, legal, and business teams.
· Track record in working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects, including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.

Job roles and responsibilities
