BSC in Computer Science or equivalent MCSE certified, MCSBA is preferred 2. Microsoft Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010 knowledge and experience 3. The current network protocols and configuration on client end 4. Familiar with current desktop software - such as Microsoft Project, Visio, Norton anti-virus etc. 5. Ability to Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
