1、大专或以上学历，电子相关专业;
2、五年以上无线耳机、蓝牙耳机、音响或音频相关产品研发工作经验; 对音频功放电路开发相当熟悉；
3、熟练使用音频相关测试仪器及EDA相关软件; 熟练使用常用电子仪器及PF仪器调试，测试线路。
4、能独立开发音频类相关产品及完成整个项目的研发工作,沟通协调能力强。
5、熟练使用PROTEL或PADS等任意一种EQA软件，LAYOUT具四层板或以上LAYOUT经验；
