Responsibility:
%26bull; Coordinates implementation of strategic business initiatives, ensures optimization, sustainability and continuous improvement of these initiatives, and focuses on the standardization of best practices, systems, technology and robust processes.
%26bull; Manages conformance to operations excellence policy, standards and best practices and manages regional delivery of training programs associated with operations excellence initiatives.
%26bull; Responsible for establishing and maintaining direction to all operational personnel within a focus factory in order to ensure customer commitments are fulfilled, customer satisfaction retained and to enable customer growth.
%26bull; Responsible for overall operational performance and capacity management of the Operational Unit to include Program Mgmt Materials, Manufacturing and Engineering for the customer.
%26bull; Provide leadership to the operational unit, resulting in the effective implementation of site strategy, quality, delivery, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction objectives.
%26bull; Oversee customer relationships for the customer(s) of the Operational unit. Work directly with Customer Management to assure management of the customer(s) P and L and to secure future growth opportunities. Develop a passion for customer-service throughout the operational unit.
%26bull; Develop, lead, and motivate the operational unit. This involves evaluating talent and strengthening the team as required, solidifying succession plans and improving leadership capability.
%26bull; Identify and drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives within the Operational Unit.
%26bull; Manages resources within the Operational Unit to optimize labor contribution for the customers' operational strategy.
%26bull; Provides ability to take prompt and appropriate action to size the labor force in order to achieve customer deliveries and deliver labor contribution to the organization
%26bull; Assures training of personnel and adherence to procedures, work instructions, and assembly build instructions.
%26bull; Additional duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
%26bull; Degree with minimum 10 years' working experience or equivalent in EMS Companies.
%26bull; Ability to provide leadership, direction and guidance to members of the Operational Unit management team.
%26bull; Self motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
%26bull; Good oral and written communication skills are necessary.
%26bull; Excellent organizational skills, leadership qualities, computer literacy, electronic industry knowledge and ability to supervise.
%26bull; Develop a passion for customer commitment by influencing members of the Operational Unit to effectively implement customer strategy
