Job Responsibilities:

Assist with daily operation of order management
Update and maintain of databases such as information on SAP, supplier contact lists and SRO attendance record etc.
Managing office daily supplies and expense.
Performing administrative functions for SRO
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

College education level or above
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (CET 6 or above)
Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail
Proficiency in using computer applications/software(Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Illustrator etc)
Good learner and can work under pressure

5-days work week
Office hours (9:00 a.m.~18:00p.m.)
Location: Nanshan District, Shenzhen, China
Competitive salary paid to successful applicant
