Senior QA Manager:

General Position Summary:

Responsible for providing and disposition CQA product, to perform internal and external reporting, to disposition raw material and to make decisions concerning shipping finished goods product.

Authority Statement:



Authority to process and disposition CQA product, to perform internal and external reporting, to disposition raw material, and to make decisions concerning shipping finished goods product.

Primary Functions/Major Responsibilities:

Coordinates the CQA, IQA, Document Control and ISO9000 requirements and compliance.

Coordinates/perform any of the required functions related to processing CQA product.

Takes care of customer quality feedback.

Creates/maintains specifications.

Drives quality improvement effort.



Supervisory Responsibility:

Responsible for supervising the QA engineers, technician and inspectors or others in performing the functions/responsibilities listed above.

Specific Job Skills:

Good leadership and human resource management skills

Work ethic must include being detail oriented and thorough

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Good overall skills in the following areas

Organization, trouble shooting, problem solving and prioritizing

Intermediate computer skills

Education and/or Experience:

Technical / Science degree with minimum 6 years working experience or equivalent.
