Quality Engineer

A Quality Engineer position from Maca Technology Quality Department is offered, to be in charge of

the Quality Control Plan development and implantation for all the consumer electronics and health

care products of Maca Technology development roadmap.

Responsibilities:

？ Participate, together with Supply Chain department in the Supplier Qualification Process

？ Arrange process audits over key suppliers and follow up the corrective action plan for

resolving all the non-conformities on time.

？ By co-working with R&D teams, lead and define the complete Product Industrialization

Quality Plan, which includes the evaluation of the Cosmetic Quality Standard, the

arrangement of the Process Audits, the PPAP Plan for the main product parts and

the Supplier Quality Control in both assembly factories and components factories.

？ Manage the daily work of the Factory Controllers and Quality Controllers deployed in the

manufacturing facilities.

？ Co-work with the ODMs and main suppliers in order to execute the Industrialization Quality

Plan properly and on time.

？ Lead the Problem Solving procedure, coordinating the necessary R&D resources during

Development and Mass Production in order to analyze the problems, implement the

necessary containment actions, resolve the manufacturing problems and prevent the issue

for the rest of the life cycle of the product.

？ Lead the During Production Tests, Mass Production stability control and Continuous

Improvement

Requirements

？ Industrial or Electrical Engineering background BSc. or Msc.

？ 5+ years experience in consumer electronics product’s quality management.

？ Supplier Audit experience.

？ ISO9001 expertise is required.

？ Six Sigma methodology (or similar) is a plus.

？ Experience in 5S is a plus.

？ Experience in ISO14001 is preferable.

？ PPAP is preferable.

？ Advanced writing and fluent spoken English.

？ Good at communicating, with brilliant writing and oral expression ability.

？ Hard-worker, responsible, team-work player, proactive, good analytic capacity.
