职责描述：

1.负责前期商业综合体规划研究，参与项目的可行性分析与决策，协同计划发展中心对发展用地进行考察、评估；

2.负责商业项目概念方案、规划方案、建筑方案、施工图的设计与审查工作； 

3.负责审定、验收相关设计图纸，汇总内部会审的修改意见，确保设计图纸的准确性； 

4.负责设计材料的管理与把控，组织开展材料设备等市场调研；

5.负责监督设计实施的过程及实施效果，解决项目施工过程中存在的设计相关问题。

任职要求：

1.建筑设计院及大型房地产集团商业设计管理5年以上相关工作经验，有完整大型商办项目设计经验；

2.大学本科及以上学历，建筑学、城市规划等相关专业毕业；

3.了解房地产开发流程，熟悉规划设计相关的法律、规范、标准及程序，对产品规划设计具备扎实的功底和较系统的研究；

4.熟悉运用CAD、SK等办公软件；

5.擅长沟通，热情自信，责任心强，诚实守信，有独立工作和思考的能力，有领导力和团队凝聚力。
