职位名称：网络推广
工作职责：
1. 制定推广方案并负责实施，通过各种网络推广方式，提升公司培训网站流量及转化率，对网站访问量、转化率负责
2. 精通搜索引擎营销方法，掌握搜索引擎排名机制及SEO技术，负责网站SEO操作执行
3. 负责PPC竞价广告投放，精通百度推广的账户维护操作
4. 负责统筹推广资源，执行如BBS、社区、博客、QQ、微博、EDM等推广手段，提升公司业绩
5. 具备网络媒体的活动策划和合作沟通，利用外部媒体资源扩大品牌知名度，进而提升销量
6. 负责对网站的IP、PV、咨询量、跳出率、地域分布、转化率等做出专业的数据分析及平时做好竞争对手网站的数据的采集、评估与分析。能承受一定工作压力，做事认真细心富有创新精神领悟能力强，具有较强的团队合作能力
7. 有以上相关推广相关资源者优先考虑

主要知识和技能要求：
1. 本科以上学历，电子商务、市场营销等相关专业，有教育培训类网站推广经验者优先考虑；至少2年以上网络营销工作经验；
2. 熟练掌握软文、邮件、SNS、论坛、微博、QQ等推广方式；
3. 精通多种网络营销手段并实际操作执行；
4. 思维活跃，对网站推广、广告创意、活动策划有自己的心得，良好的策划推广能力和项目执行能力；
5. 具备一定的逻辑思维，懂得基本数据分析挖掘；
6. 熟悉网站运作及优化规则，熟悉CSS 、HTML语言基础为佳；
7. 拥有媒体资源，具备推广经验，软文撰写能力优秀者优先录用；
8. 工作积极主动，踏实认真，具备较强的学习能力和团队协作能力。

具备以下技能可优先考虑：
