Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal support to commercial and financial transactions such as joint ventures, vendor and B2B transactions, leasing agreements and general corporate/commercial transactions, as well as medico-legal issues
- Review, draft and/or vet all relevant legal documentation to ensure compliance and minimizing of risks to the organization
- Attend to claims/litigation matters within stipulated timeframe
- Keep up-to-date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organization

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university with a national legal professional qualification
- More than 15 years Post-Qualified Experience (PQE), with excellent track record as in-house legal counsel or in private practice, with extensive experience in corporate/commercial transactions.
- Independent worker who is resourceful and willing to teach and mentor
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to quickly pinpoint issues and work with the relevant stakeholders to resolve
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese communication skills
- Resilient, adaptable and meticulous.
