Job Descriptions:

1. Supporting Freight controller on vendor invoice collection and JE posting on weekly &monthly basis.
2. Working with sourcing team on product price maintenance and approve in price tool on regular basis. Work with ODM on price management and validation if any price issue.
3. Support global operation team on advance payment and reconcile with accounting team on AP clearance. Coordinate with back end Finance team base on business’s requirement.
4. Supporting Finance controller for global production and operation OPEX analysis, planning, forecasting, reporting etc.
5. Complete monthly/Quarterly/Yearly closing
6. Checking the statistics accounting booking and reconcile accounting report for OPEX spending on monthly basis. In charge of OPEX budgeting, forecasting and actual tracking for global operation & product team.
7. Take care of chop management.
8. Assist Finance controller to collating and optimizing financial internal processes.
9. Other tasks assigned by manager.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors accounting degree or equivalent.

2. Min. 3 years relevant experience in COGS/OPEX spending/Accounting & Controlling working area.

3. Proficiency with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP)

4. Strong analytical skill and attention to detail with critical thinking and financial understanding.

5. Excellent communication & presentation skills, Fluent English in professional writing, reading and conversations.

6. Ability to manage multiple requests at the same time, collaborating and influencing different across-functional team.

7. Independent, flexible, driven with positive attitude & aptitude to learn and pick things up fast.
