Job Description:

1) Prepare and maintain warehouse operation SOP as per different customer requirement.

2) Manage and monitor the entire warehouse organization for smooth operation, set up KPI for team and service provider to measure their performance, and seek for initiative for service level improvement.

3) Regular training & on-site coaching to staffs, Quality, Efficiency, Productivity, Maximize space utilization etc…

4) Monthly touch base service provider for problem solving, operation improvement and optimization.

5) Be familiar with the new technology of the warehouse operation, informed of the market intelligence of the Shenzhen and surrounding area such as Huizhou and Dongguan.

Requirement:
1) College degree or above
2) Warehouse working experience is a must, at least 5 year experience at warehouse and have experience to lead a team is preferred.
3) Can work well under pressure and have the problem solving capability.
4) Experience in handling consolidation cargo & various value-added services at warehouse are preferred.
5) Good English skill in both written and speaking.
