职位描述
The purpose of this position is to assume responsibility for the management, coordination and completion of compensation and benefits survey projects. Manages all aspects of the projects, including setting deadlines, assigning tasks/responsibilities, monitoring and evaluating the progress of the project and reporting status updates to leadership. Also, to perform quantitative and qualitative analyses for multiple survey projects that serve to produce compensation, benefits and human resource practice survey data reports and analytical tools that are subsequently purchased by clients.
Typically leads less complex assignments and generally has limited oversight capabilities. Generally reports into Supervisor.
Develops and implements survey project plans (frequently for concurrent projects), which includes assigning tasks, developing timelines and establishing the scope of responsibilities. Manages the workflow process to ensure deliverables are met on time and on budget. Monitors team activities and holds them accountable for their task assignments. Identifies any problems associated with the project and works to resolve or escalate the issue to the appropriate Supervisor. Coordinates meetings with project team members / stakeholders and documents meeting results. Develops progress reports and disseminates information to project team members and stakeholders.
Undertake statistical analysis and interpretation, write commentary associated with survey results, prepare large volumes of data for uploading into survey analysis and reporting software, validate survey data with internal/external clients, provide technical support to internal/external clients, respond to internal/external client queries regarding products, services and solutions and participate into all types of user acceptance testings.
Provides effective feedback on process improvement by identifying areas of process improvement and making detailed recommendations to consultants and/or principals, Mercer project team(s), leadership, and/or supervisor if necessary. Utilises feedback on current and previous projects to implement tangible changes and necessary adjustments to future situations.
Serve as a technical resource and mentor/coach on survey process, survey database and systems, data set up, and analysis for contingent or junior team members. Collects feedback from survey stakeholders / project team members and makes survey product or process improvements recommendations.
Draft client results/presentations for peer review at a higher level. May present specific technical results at client meetings or calls with external client audiences. May be the primary and only presenter or present in concert with other senior consultants. May demonstrate PayMonitor application during client meetings.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, credit average or better, in Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Psychology, Human Resources, Commerce or Economics
Requires 4-5 years of relevant experience
Possesses basic Project Management skills and familiar with general concepts and practices related to their line of business. Utilises their experience to set and accomplish goals.
Provides leadership to project team and directs the work of team members.
Ability to effectively communicate to both team members and stakeholders.
Broad knowledge of research and survey methodologies, analysis skills, attention to detail
