工作职责:

1.主要参与新产品导航和定位算法的研发，以及后期改进和调优；

2.方法创新，为公司创造新的技术方法和和知识产权；

3.与学术界对接， 灵活转化最新学术成果。

任职资格:

1、硕士及以上学历，自控，电子，数学，计算机等专业

2、精通C/C++开发语言编程和数据结构与算法，熟练使用Linux、ROS，熟练使用git，

3、数理基础扎实。 熟悉矩阵理论、线性代数、概率、统计以及最优化的常用算法

4、五年以上定位软件/算法实际开发经验；精通gmapping, cartographer等建图算法，精通基础理论和算法（如EKF、PF、LSE）

4、掌握激光传雷达、IMU、odometer、视觉、超声波、GPS等多种传感器性质和融合处理与方法；

5、掌握基于SLAM的后端处理算法；能够针对不同的计算性能进行调优。
