Responsibilities:

  

· Daily administration support such as Ticket & Hotel booking, express/post & stationery distribution etc.

  

· In charge of office registration certificates renewal & updating according to local government requirement

  

· Timely collect and accurate booking of Accounts Payable invoices of office expenses

  

· Deal with bank transactions, such as payments, cash withdrawal and statement printing etc.

  

· Make the payment according to the cash flow

  

· Assist internal and external audits;

  

· Prepare monthly cash flow plan according to the company regulation and standard

  

· Be in charge of the reception of visitors and the arrangement of contacting relevant departments

  

· Assist other departments to support some daily work if required.

  

  

Requirement:

  

· University Degree;

  

· 1-2 years related working experience in a multi-functional environment;

  

· Excellent English/Chinese Writing, speaking, listening;

  

· Master of MS Office Software;

  

· Strong communication skills, Team player, Self-motivated and able to work independently; good interpersonal skills; pleasant personality.
