Administration Assistant 行政助理
Job Responsibilities工作内容:
1. Receive all visitors to office客人的来访接待
2. Ensure that all telephone/office hardware is appropriately maintained and repaired
3. 确保所有电话/办公室硬件得到适当的维护和维修。
4. New employee’s onboarding & attendance work新员工入职办理以及员工的考勤工作;
5. Ensure that all relevant documents, forms, information materials etc., relating to the job of the front desk, are appropriately filed and organised
6. 确保所有与工作有关的文件、表格、资料等均妥善归档和整理。
7. Ensure office is clean and tidy
8. 确保办公环境干净、整洁。
9. Check inventory of stationary and distribute to colleagues 办公文具分发和领用
10. Airticket booking, airport pick-up and hotel arrangement 机票,酒店预订,接机安排
11. Quarterly outdoor activity, annual retreat, annual dinner party organization组织策划员工季度活动,年度员工旅游
12. Domestic and International express delivery国内国际快递收发
Key competencies:
1. college or above 大专或以上学历
2. Familiar with office software; Good at communication; excellent time management and organization skills熟悉办公软件; 良好的沟通技巧;优秀的时间管理和组织能力
3. Team player, self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to different tasks at hand
4. 具有团队合作精神,能够自我激励,迅速适应不同的工作任务安排。
5. Responsible, clever and excellent attention to details责任心强,机灵,注重细节
6. Good command of oral and written English and Chinese. 优秀的英文听说读写能力
