工作职责:

1.负责基于信号处理方法的回声消除、噪声抑制、混响抑制、生源分离等前端音频算法的研发；

2.负责基于深度学习的降噪、去混响、频谱补偿、声源分离等算法系统的训练和研发；

3.跟踪和探索相关音频算法的新技术和前沿领域。

任职资格:

1.硕士及以上学历，信号处理、机器学习、模式识别、电子信息、通信工程等相关专业毕业；

2.有良好的数字信号处理基础，熟悉语音增强相关理论和方法；掌握常用的机器学习算法，风度的深度学习 有实践经验，熟练使用Tensorflow、Keras等平台；

3.扎实的中、英文文献检索和阅读能力，较强的学习能力和算法研究功底。
