RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Translate, update and organize all training documents

·        Ensure the Parts Development Kits are fully stocked with all the required parts, tools and documentation for any type of brand partner factory visit

·        Work with internal teams and brand partner factories to understand development and production schedules and schedule trainings to brand partner factories on a timely basis

·        Deliver effective training to our brand partner factories to ensure all BOA-powered products meet our design and installation requirements before they launch to the market

·        Act as a customer service contact for brand partner factories, assist them in resolving any issue they may have and involving relevant members within BOA to address their issue

·        Early engage in NPI to proactively report the design issue to avoid quality or installation issue occur during mass production

·        Perform on-site investigation related to product quality or installation when required

 

REQUIREMENT:

·        Frequent travel is required

·        College or above

·        At least 5 years of experience in footwear manufacturing, MNC experience is a plus

·        Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships

·        Training experience and excellent problem-solving skill is a plus

·        Fluent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

·        Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Factory Service Specialist
