1. Make the sales plan and target following branch sales strategy.

2. Open up new customers and build good relationship with won customers and potential leads on its own.

3.  Set up sales team and Lead Sales team to develop the business to achieve team's sales target also.

4. Coaches and supports sales teams to develop business and improve their selling skills.

5. Manages sales development to build a united and aspirant teams.

6. Provide proposal and solution to meet customer's needs in order to win more customers continuously.

PS salary: 10K above(negotiable) + sales commission.

 Competence Required:

 1.University degree or above

 2.About 5 Years sales experience ; have enough customers resources on hand and competent to utilize resources to achieve sales targets.

 3. Above 2 years of sales management experience

 4. Preferably over 2 years working experience in logistics field

 5.Excellent Written and spoken English, CET 6

 6.Good management and leadership skills

 7.Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 8.Aggressive and   Positive
