Perform various selling and business development activities to discover and establish untapped business and relations. Provide customers with comprehensive solutions and maintain long-term partnerships with customers. Take the lead, use initiative, and be an important role to shape the future of the company.

1. Develop new business opportunities.

2. Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for a new business to create business opportunities and partnerships with customers

3. Identify trends of the market and customer needs.

4. Develop strategies and positions by analyzing the market.

5. Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and fulfill the assigned tasks that achieve strategic goals.

6. Self-motivated, reporting business progress, and achievement.

7. Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management to discuss strategy.

8. Generate new leads, identify, contact, and visit new potential business partners.

9. Promote the company's product and services to existing and new customers and markets.

10. Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events and presentations.

11. Plan Prepare and manage presentation tools to represent the company in a professional way.

12. Other tasks arranged by the SD and GM. 

Requirements:

+ University graduate or above, major in business or management
+ At least 5 years of sales experience, successful track records in B2B sales and negotiation is preferable
+ Experience in selling higher valued products, take business trips for 3 weeks per month
+ Good command of both spoken and written English
+ Strategic thinking
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Presentation ability
+ Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting and budgeting
+ Analysis and troubleshooting skills
+ Proven ability to plan and manage resources
+ Product and product application knowledge
+ Knowledge in the Lighting Industry is preferred
+ Knowledge about the market including the customers’ business needs, competitors move, market trends
+ Cold calls, door to door selling
+ Be good at Windows and Office
