1、负责阿里旺铺和官网店铺装修布局及产品模板的优化，提高店铺和产品的浏览量，点击率和转化率；

2、负责P4P广告投放和优化，针对广告进行数据分析，如：曝光、点击和询盘转化率；

3、顶展、问鼎、橱窗优化：定期更换顶展、问鼎、橱窗的产品以及创意图，以提高点击率；

4、站外广告：负责站外广告（Google Ads/Bing Ads/Facebook Ads）的制作，分析广告投放效果并进行优化；

5、站外引流：负责短视频制作以及上传到站外社交平台（Facebook/Yotube等）；

6、定期关注并了解阿里平台规则的变化，根据新规则做出运营策略的调整，并及时对业务进行宣讲；’

7、完成上级领导交办的其他任务。

职位要求：

、大专以上学历,英语CET4；一年以上阿里巴巴国际站运营经验优先；

2、具有独立运营阿里巴巴国际站的能力,熟悉国际站规则和营销推广技巧;

3、擅长数据分析,熟练操作基本办公软件;’

4、具备良好的沟通协调能力、执行力强、学习力强、抗压能力强。
