Overall Purpose of the role

To support the Technical & Quality Manager to provide administrative and quality surveillance in order to maintain consistent quality and technical specifications on purchased products.

Key Accountabilities

1. Ensure Technical compliance in accordance with appropriate UK and European laws

   确保产品符合英国和欧洲标准

2. Thorough liaison with UK QC team and China Suppliers to establish the correct and appropriate criteria for the individual products

   通过与英国总部QC团队和中国供应商的沟通，为产品制定相应的标准

3. Create product specifications

   创建产品规格

4. Develop products to ensure that they complete the (SAM) Product Approval process

   产品开发，以确保产品通过公司流程审批

5. Analyze Return data and report to Quality Engineering manager

   分析退回产品数据，并及时向经理汇报

6. Creating and Owning Corrective ActionsDocument resolutions, corrective actions and changes to technical specifications in order to maintain accurate records and data base.

   测试报告和验货等技术文件的审核解决，提供错误解决方法和行动，并进行相应的技术规范，以确保精确的文档数据库

7. PRR - Analyse returns and repair data at forensic level to assess failure rate and potential claims to the business

   PPR- 在技术层面分析和修复产品退回和返修数据，以评估失败率和潜在的业务索赔

8. TCF – Maintain the Technical Construction File update with changes in Directives when required, collate technical data and drawings.

   TCT-  维护技术文档的更新，并在需要时更改指令，整理技术数据和图纸

9. Provide Technical Support for Sales, Marketing, Buying and Service teams

   为公司销售，市场、采购和售后服务提供技术支持

10.  Dealing with customers complain via emails or phone calls

        处理客户邮件或是电话投诉                                    

Qualifications, skills and experience required

1. Experienced in Technical and Quality specifications

   具有技术和质量方面的经验

2. Degree or equivalent qualification in a technical subject

   大学工科背景及同等质量管理学历

3. Due Diligence, AQLs, Product Standards and European Directives

   熟悉AQLS、产品标准和欧洲标准

4. Minimum of 3 years’ experience of working in an engineering environment at operational level

   3年以上的实操经验

5. Good PC Knowledge (Word, Excel, Maginus)

   电脑操作熟练 （Word, Excel, Maginus）
