JOB FUNCTIONS & PURPOSE：
Build and maintain Project Schedules, including use of Planning tool and SAP.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. Creating and maintaining Project Schedule, including monthly review with PM to ensure progress is up to date。
2. Use mandated Project planning tools, including MS Project / Primavera and SAP.
3. Ensuring Actual labor costs are correctly allocated (via timesheet and expense management).
4. Ensuring ETCs are gathered each month from Functional Managers, review with PMs, and update EAC.
5. Providing consolidated report on a project-by-project basis, and an overview level of all Projects, including schedule compliance metrics, milestone trend analyses, EAC vs. budget, etc., to be provided to GPMs and PD.
6. Support PM to finish project WPA signature.
7. Support schedule and schedule narrative creation for new bids.

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT:
1. Project management method/theory.
2. Skilled in Planning tool (P6 or project).
3. Familiar with with signal product knowledge.
4. At least 2 years project planning/schedule experience.
5. Good communication, shall able to make him/herself be understood and understand others clearly and efficiency.
6. CET-4.
7. Bachler degree above.
