POSITION SUMMARY
- Act as a customer service and operation lead for Distribution Center and related warehouse as well as value added services at assigned distribution center or FedEx Logistics facilities.
- Standby at FedEx Logistics Warehouse Facility to act as a bridge among vendors/factories, clients, service provider and company, to make sure warehousing, value-added and distribution services meet FedEx Logistics agreed requirement (SOP), and the customers' requirement (SOP).
- Coordinate with 2PL warehouse team and customs team to ensure daily operations include but not limited to receiving, tallying, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping activities are in line with standard and agreed requirement and as smooth as possible so as to meet service excellence as per customer's KPI performance requirement.
- Support Solutions, Design and Implementation manager or Immediate Team Lead on ad-hoc project and tasks as required so as to ensure full successful solution to be presented and implemented as per required.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and prepare various reports (regular and ad-hoc) & support analysis for both internal and external customers. This may include data collection and reports format design as well as other related tasks.
- Assist in any internal and external proposal development and response for warehouse and distribution service accounts.
- Handle daily operations of assigned accounts.
- Lead and handle any issue and problems incurred of assigned accounts and know when to escalate issues to immediate supervisor.
- Monitor and assist in Track and trace shipping data input into FedEx Logistics GDS (in M system)
- Monitor and assist (when needed) issuance and preparation of invoice and submit to immediate supervisor / manager’s approval before sending out to customer
- Monitor process to effectively coordinate with vendors / factories to collect necessary documentations for customs clearance and declaration into or out of FedEx Logistics warehouse.
- Monitor and report to management about performance of warehouse service provider and ensure it meets company's standard at the same time is in line with customers' requirement.
- Act as a service check point person to monitor cargo receiving and shipping activities as well as other operational activities when requested are in line with SOP requirement.
- Assist immediate supervisor to investigate current and relevant operation issue and procedure; then refine a best solution for continuous improvement through conducting regular meeting with immediate supervisor and customer when needed.
- Prepare and assist filling up data for profit and loss analysis for assigned customers for management review.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE
- University or above. Preferably with logistics and supply chain or operations management major.
Above 6 years relative working experience in logistics, 3PL freight forwarding, warehousing industry.
At least 2 years supervising level working experience in warehouse and distribution center of China or related area.
Proficiency in Chinese & English (Excellent), both written and spoken.
Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Customs Service Skill and Competency is an Asset.
Knowledge of project implementation would be an advantage.
Good communication and problem solving skill.
Sense of customer service and patient.
Can work on assigned task independently with minimal support or supervision.
Can be work under pressure and willing to work overtime.
Time management skills.
Result and action oriented.
Teamwork sprit.
Strong ability in problem solving.
