Responsibility
?Technically develop and engineer garments to maximize the manufacturing capabilities and enhance the CMI margin.
?Follow up from sampling, production, till sealing stage
?Check fitting /workmanship/grading on garment and sample approval
?Ensuring that all fit and workmanship comments required are clearly understood and carried on correctly
?Help bring continuous improvement in there supplier/factories performance.
?Minimize fault in the production process with technical suggestion
?Inform suppliers of any bulk quality issues and take appropriate action.
?Ability to identify and resolve when problems arise with bulk production in the warehouse.
?Monitor customer and supplier returns in orders to report on supplier performance.


Essential Skills
?A minimum of 4- 5 years experience as a multi product Garment Technologist working with women's wear
?Demonstrate an understanding of production requirements from a commercial point of view as well as a design perspective.
?Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
?Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
?Ability to communicate at all levels ,ability to solve technical problems and build good team relationships
?An excellent technique and paper pattern knowledge. Good knowledge of cutting, fit and construction
?Extensive factory knowledge and good communication skills, disponibility for travel. Used to visiting factory's for technical support
?Able to influence and establish credibility and trust with cross functional teams and suppliers
?Able to build relationship easily and naturally
?An excellent communicator
?Dedication and ability to work under pressure
?English speaking
?QA minded
