ESSENTIAL TASKS:

Provide optimal pharmacy service

Perform and supervise the medication-use process

Direct the development, implementation and maintenance of pharmacy services

Plan, develop and deliver educational/training and development programs for pharmacy staff and other health professionals

Assist the Department Manager/Senior Pharmacist in the development and operation of pharmaceutical service

Assure implementation, maintenance and audition policy and SOP of pharmacy

Assist senior pharmacist/pharmacy director to do other assigned responsibilities to assure pharmacy service quality

Required to work shifts and perform on-call duties

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:

Good professional knowledge and practice

Good in written as well as spoken in Chinese

Maintain and extend professional competence, keep abreast of new findings in the pharmaceutical field.

Good communication skills

Pro-active and versatile to adapt to different sets of tasks and finish job independently

Management knowledge and related working experience

Evidence of recent continuous professional development

Able to manage staff as well as to lead, plan, develop and operate a major pharmacy service

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:

Bachelor in Clinical Pharmacy or pharmacy

Minimum 4 years related working experience with Master/PhD., or 6 years related working experience with bachelor.

Chinese professional tittle of pharmacist license or above by ministry of health

Working experience in a tertiary hospital or equivalent international hospital is preferred
