岗位职责：

In charge in both Recruitment&Training

• Making recruitment plan and channel chosen for different positions under instruction of WI and Processes. 在招聘流程的说明下编写不同岗位的招聘计划和进行渠道选择
• Recruitment cycle handling to reach OTD requirement 进行招聘实操以满足OTD需求
• Talent pool maintenance and improvement 人才库的维护及改善
• Communicating with employee in a standard way 与新员工进行良好的沟通
  
• Attend talent review and discuss with dept to find out real training requirement 根据人才盘点和部门沟通得到真实培训需求
• Orgnize in/ex training and trace up the training result.组织内外部培训并进行培训效果跟踪
• Improve related process and WI. 改善相关标准流程
• Handle recruitment and training related other jobs and 进行招聘和培训相关的其他配套工作和统计分析
  
• Support other HR parts. 支持人事其他模块事务
• Carry out ad hoc assignments by the supervisor 主管交代的其他事务

岗位要求：

• College education or bachelor degree in HR, management, education or related major 大专及以上学历，人力资源管理等相关专业

• 8 years working experience in either recruitment or ER if with college degree 大专学历需8年及以上工作经验

• 5 year working experience in either recruitment or ER if with bachelor degree 本科学历需5年以上工作经验

• Time management skills 时间管理技巧

• Human Resources Management Certificate is preferred 有人力资源管理相关证书优先

•  Good Command in Written and Oral English 良好的英语读写和口语水平

• Good command in Office(Excel, Word) 良好的office技能

• Good communication skills 良好沟通技巧

• Improvement sense 有改善意识

• Figure oriented 对数字敏感

• Good ethics, self-motivated, responsible, team oriented, good interpersonal style 良好的职业道德、责任心、团队导向
