SMEG 质量工程师, 职位描述

SMEG中国办公室位于中国广东省深圳地区, 总部位于意大利, 工程师须经常拜访供应商(制造商), 主要在广东地区;

质量工程师旨在确保Smeg供应商生产的产品是一致的，并满足外部和内部要求，包括法律合规性和客户期望。

支持Smeg SDA小家电质量经理，他/她将负责根据Smeg的规格对Smeg购买的产品进行质量控制，并将在产品改进措施中发挥关键作用。

他/她将管理与第三方检查机构的合作，并负责在装运到Smeg之前批准生产批次。

他/她将监控供应商(制造商)的绩效并提供建议, 根据设定的标准生成数据并报告绩效。

他/她将与采购经理, 小家电 (SDA) 质量经理和物流经理保持联系, 以确保满足质量要求并促进质量体系的持续改进。

工作职责

• 与当地的装运前检验合作伙伴供应商(制造商)保持联系, 根据交货优先级计划检验时间表;
• 监督第三方机构的检查, 分析质量问题, 与供应商讨论解决方案和改进措施, 并最终决定下达或拒绝生产批次装运, 与小家电质量经理密切合作;
• 与采购人员紧密合作, 建立供应商(制造商) 质量绩效标准, 并通过收集相关数据和生成统计报告来监控供应商绩;
• 对供应商(制造商)和供应商的关键零件进行过程审核;
• 确保制造商(制造商)制造过程和测试程序符合国际和国家标准;
• 积极合作解决质量问题, 通过过程映射技术, 产品/过程改进方法论进行工作, 以便为更改和改进以及如何实施这些改进提供建议
• 跟进供应商(制造商)提供的纠正和改进措施, 讨论步骤和实施, 报告其进度;
• 监督供应商(制造商)的技术人员在生产线和实验室环境中进行测试和检查;
• 确保并保护所有已经开始的量产启动项目;
• 确保供应商(制造商)严格遵守 SMEG 质量程序;
• 定期进行质量审核, 生产线审核, 进货质量审核, 次级供应商(制造商)的生产流程;
• 引入新想法, 并为供应商(制造商)提供指导, 以加强他们的生产质量控制和质量体系;
• 驱动和监控合同供应商(制造商), 审查档持续的质量, 改进并查看状态;
• 查看和更新??质量相关文件;
• 跟踪质量经理/主管的其他委派工作;

工作所需的资格和技能

- 具有家电经验，供应商质量管理经验;

- 具较强分析能力: 注重细节, 数据驱动, 具有务实判断能力的分析方法;

- 工程学士学位（质量/制造/机械优先);

- 具制造领域至少有5年的经验 (优先选择过程改进);

- 在注塑, 金属成型, 金属及喷漆工艺控制方面的经验; 

- 具领导改进项目的经验 (6西格玛/精益项目优先);

- 具较强的分析和项目管理技能;

- 具优秀的沟通能力, 出色的交流, 没有任何文化障碍;

- 流利的英语和中文, (普通话, 略懂广东话);

SMEG China RESIDENT QUALITY ENGINEER – JOB DESCRIPTION 

SMEG office based in PRC, HQ located at Italy, Engineer frequently travel required & visit supplier, mainly in Guangdong Area.

The Quality Engineer aims to ensure that the products manufactured by Smeg’s suppliers are consistent and meet both external and internal requirements, including legal compliance and customer expectations.

Supporting the Smeg SDA Quality Manager, he/she will be responsible for the quality control of the products purchased by Smeg based on Smeg’s specifications, and will play a key role in the product improvement actions.

He/she will manage the cooperation with third-party inspection bodies and will be responsible for the approval of production batches before shipment to Smeg.

He/she will monitor and advise on the performance of the suppliers, produce data and report on performance, measuring against set standards.

He/she will liaise with the Purchasing Manager, the SDA Quality Manager and the Logistic Manager to ensure that the quality requirements are met and to promote continuous improvement of the quality system.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

-  Keeping in touch with local pre-shipment inspection partners, plan the inspection schedule in accordance with the delivery priorities,

-  Supervise inspections by third-party bodies, analyze quality problems, discuss with supplier solutions and improvements and take the final decision on releasing or rejecting a production batch for shipment, in conjunction with the SDA Quality Manager,

-  Work closely with purchasing staff to establish supplier quality performance criteria and monitor supplier performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports

-  Carry out process audits on the suppliers and on the suppliers’ subcontractors for critical parts

-  Make sure that manufacturing processes and test procedures meet international and national standards,

-  Proactively cooperate in solving quality problems, using process mapping techniques, product/process improvement methodology in order to make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them

-  Follow up corrective and improvement actions provide by suppliers, discuss steps and implementation, report on their progress,

-  Supervise the supplier’s technical staff in carrying out tests and checks both on the production line and in a laboratory environment,

-  Ensure and secure all already MP started projects,

-  Ensure that SMEG quality procedures are strictly applied,

-  Conduct regular basis Quality audit (Production line audit, incoming quality review, sub-supplier production processes),

-  Bring in new ideas and provide instruction for contract manufacturer to enhance their production quality control and Quality system,

-  Drive & monitor contract manufacturer to archive continuous Quality improvement and review the status,

-  Review and update Quality documents,

-  To follow other delegated job from Quality manager / supervisor,

Required Qualifications & Skills

-  With Electrical home appliance experiences, supplier Quality management experience

-  Strong Analytical skills: Detail-oriented, data driven, analytical approach with pragmatic based judgment.

-  Bachelor Degree in Engineering field (Preferred in Quality / Manufacturing / Mechanical)

-  With at least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing field (Prefer in Process improvement),

-  Experience in Plastic injection, metal forming, metal with painting process control,

-  Experience in leading improvement project (Prefer with Six Sigma / Lean Project),

-  Strong analytical & Project Management skills,

-  Strong communication Skills,

-  Excellent communication across usual cultural barriers,

-  Fluent in English & Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese),
