岗位职责：

1.负责团队建设，指导和培养部门业务人员的业务工作；

2.根据部门战略规划，带领本部门人员开辟市场，有效达成个人及团队销售指标；

3.负责外贸业务流程管理和风险控制；

4.协助、配合上级领导做好部门管理工作；

5.负责下属业务员的培养和指导；

6.完成上级安排的其他工作

经验与技能要求：

1. 5年及以上外贸业务经理经验或3年及以上同行业外贸业务经理经验；

2. 具有良好的亲和力与道德操守；

3. 具有较强的进取精神和团队精神，工作认真，责任心强，有丰富的实践能力；

4. 能预测、判断、协调处理工作过程中的问题、矛盾或意外事件，能有效预测贸易风险并积极应对；

5. 具备良好的职业形象、较强的沟通能力和谈判能力，可独立接待客户；

具备丰富的外贸及商务知识，熟悉国际贸易流程，能独立操作外贸出口订单；

Qualifications:

1.College degree or above, priority for majoring international trade;

2.Basic English skills, listening, speaking, reading and writing; especially Listening writing and speaking;

3.B2B(Alibaba/Made-In-China / Globalmarket) Operating experience;
