职责描述：

- 1.Professional and service-oriented on-site support for resolving technical issues, including written correspondence and face-to-face meetings with customers.

- 2.Develops strong technical relationship and intimacy with customers

- 3.Reporting organized written summary to filter development team is required to get direction to handle issues of customers. Capability of analyzing measurement data is one of pre-requisite.

- 4.Should have close collaboration with ACE filter engineers.

- 5.Assist engineers with customer’s technical questions or delegating to other engineering resources as needed to resolve the immediate question as well as escalating important issues to engineering management for analysis and prevention.

- 6.Works closely with sales and marketing teams to supply and maintain technology, as well as providing technical presentations as needed.

任职要求：

- 1.Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or other relevant subject.

- 2.Deep understanding of front-end of the radio unit and especially filter device.- Good communication skills to interact with customers.

- 3.Intimate customer service and working intuitively.

- 4.Highly motivated, well organized and able to work to tight deadlines.

- 5.Strong ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing (English or Korean, and Korean is preferred).

- 6.We prefer people who have a human network with Samsung R&D Center in Shenzhen, China

- 7.Experience for: 

- -.Working experience in the telecommunication industry.

- -.Familiar with RF measurement instruments such as VNA, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, and power meter etc.
