Responsibilities:

  

•      Work closely with BOA Project Engineers and Design Engineers for new products development

  

        o    Production process development and qualification

  

        o    Production control document approval such as PMP/PFMEA/SIP

  

        o    Problem solving to ensure the stability of MP

  

•      Responsible for managing cross-functional quality projects such as function migration, sustainability and new technology development etc.

  

•     Participate in new material, process, technology verification and results feedback, provide improvement suggestion based on the results

  

•     Work with inspection/ testing team on mold qualification, new products testing etc.

  

•      Act as a contact window between US and Asia teams to support quality issues analysis and improvement

  

•     Complaints management. Travel to customers’ factory for on-site investigation and make corrective actions

  

•     Conduct internal and customer quality standard research, establish a highly compatible quality standard

  

•     Write procedures, processes and work instructions for areas of expertise

  

•     Other related duties as assigned

  

 

  

REQUIREMENTs:

  

•      Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics fields (STEM) or equivalent is preferred

  

•      Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacture; and 3 years’ experience at design quality management is preferred

  

•       Be able to use basic measuring equipment; and familiar with international testing standard

  

•       Familiar with 7 quality tools, can use Minitab and JMP conduct data statistics

  

•       Able to use 8D proficiently for quality improvement management

  

•       Have a good understanding in molding, CNC, PVD process and textile parts

•       Familiar with 5 Tools from auto industry, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and PPAP

•      Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is an advantage

  

•      Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick-learning ability for other enterprise software

  

•      Good command in verbal and written English

  

•      Clear and logical communication

  

•      Good at project management and control ability

  

•      Travel requirements: must have a valid passport and the ability to obtain visas for access to different cities in China, Hong Kong, the United States and most countries throughout Asia
