工作职责:

1、根据公司整体战略规划及产品规划，搭建用户增长体系及运营策略制定，负责渠道投放、用户拉新裂变及商务合作等用户增长相关的工作；

2、拓展生态裂变（如：社群等）用户增长新场景，深挖用户需求，挖掘高效获客渠道；

3、负责用户增长、裂变等相关数据模型分析，制定用户精细化运营策略，优化拉新--裂变--转化--留存的流程机制；

4、研究市场互联网产品，进行分析对比，提供产品策略和建议，探索有效的新增渠道及用户新增策略并持续优化。

任职资格:

1、 3-5年以上互联网用户增长相关经验，有成功的项目经历者优先；

2、熟悉网络传播、渠道推广、社群运营等流量运营方式，熟悉互联网流量结构模型，了解主流的用户产品玩法和流量获取渠道；

3、有一定的行业资源，对用户裂变增长有完整的方法论和实战经验，善于进行系统性思考；

4、对数据高度敏感，对用户增长有独到的看法，具备出色的快速应变、统筹协调和项目推动能力。

薪资幅度：底薪15-25K，月度奖金+季度奖金
