职位：项目分析员
岗位职责：
1、市场调研；
2、M&A项目管理；
3、协调尽职调查并对目标企业进行评估；
4、参与谈判；
5、规划过渡整合。
任职资格：
1、本科或以上学历，经济，财务或相关专业；
2、两年以上合资与并购相关工作经验或咨询相关工作经验优先考虑；
3、良好的沟通及人际感知能力，关注结果，善于解决问题；
4、非常优秀的中英文写作能力，口语流利；
5、熟练地运用word, excel, 和powerpoint。
Project analyst
Job Description
1、Research specific industries, markets, sectors, companies, etc;
2、Manage the M&A process and procedures;
3、Coordination of due diligence and target evaluation;
4、Participate in the negotiating
5、Plan transition, integration, and / or disentanglement activities
Requirement/Basic Qualifications
1、Undergraduate or above, major in economics, finance or other related areas;
2、Preferably with 2 years of transaction or related experiences in banking, consulting or other related industries;
3、Strong communication and problem solving skills;
4、Excellent in both written and spoken English and mandarin.
5、Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint。
