• 在上海总部帮助下制定公司短期及长期的业务发展目标及行动计划
• 预测上海未来人力资源需求及财务预算
• 维护现有客户（联系潜在客户，向客户介绍公司业务并管理现有客户）
• 推动公司文化
• 负责上海地区业务盈亏
• 管理上海团队
• 监督并管理团队培训及其职业发展
• 根据需要监督销售团队
• 直接向上海市场总监汇报

• Must possess excellent leadership, organization, presentation and negotiation skills
• Analytical skills (sales & marketing or finance background required)
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Proficient in IT: MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English, Chinese, French would be a plus
• Interest in luxury
• Minimum experience : 2-3 years working experience with hotel, event wine sales experience a plus

• Mapping out short-term and long-term goals and developing an action plan to expand the business with the help of the Shanghai Headquarters.
• Forecasting the Shanghai future human resource and financial needs
• Dealing with clients (contacting prospective clients and pitching the company's services to them, as well as managing existing clients)
• Promoting company culture
• Responsible of the Profit & loss of the Shanghai Region.
• Manage all the staffs of the Shanghai Region
• Overseeing and managing the training and development of staff
• Overseeing the sales team if needed
• Reporting directly to Director of Marketing
