1, Financial;

财务职责：

-         Lead the team to focus on data integrity, inventory control and loss prevention.

带领团队关注数据、库存管理以及防损。

-         Make sure inventory accurate, observe food cost meet the company expectation.

确保盘点正确，监管食品的成本符合公司的期望。

2, Operational:

操作职责：

-         Supervising and coordinating every aspect of food production and ensuring a high level quality.

-         监督并协调各部门，把控所有食品出品都需符合莫尔顿的标准及要求。

-         Maintain A clean and operation Kitchen at all times with Hygiene, health and safety in a workplace.

-         保持厨房工作场地及物品的齐全、卫生、整洁及安全。

-         Training of all staffs.

-         负责厨师的培训。

-         Menus changes and sets menus.

-         负责适时地更换单点菜单和套餐菜单。

3, Commercial:

商业职责：

-         Check guest stratification and attend to guest requests or inquiries regarding food and services.

询问客人对饭菜和服务是否满意并要明确客人的要求或需要。

4, Human Resources：

人事职责：

-         Attend and pass the DSG training

-         参加DSG培训并通过测试

-         Obey by the employee handbook of Morton’s

-         遵守莫尔顿的《员工手册》

-         Staff recruitment and interview

-         员工招聘及面试

5, Relations:

工作关系：

-         Establish effective employee relations and maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, heads of department and employees.

                建立良好的人事关系，在工作中树立良好的工作形象，给饭店的客人、客户、部门经理和员工以专业化及热情服务                  的美好印象

6, Occasional Duties:

                Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
