职位描述

Account Director

The Greater Bay Area ("GBA") is a China policy initiative to promote closer cooperation and coordination between 11 cities of the Pearl River Delta. Hong Kong, Macao, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou shall serve as core engines.

We are currently seeking an adaptable and experienced Account Director to lead our newly established Shenzhen office in the GBA. In this role, you will be responsible for our expansion's success, overseeing all aspects of the business in mainland China. To succeed in this position, you need to be highly driven, have a passion for learning, and a desire to build a business from the ground up.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage every aspect of our newly expanding operation in Shenzhen;
  • Recruit the very best talent in this new market;
  • Negotiate with vendors, service providers and media/KOLs needed for production;
  • Conduct extensive research regarding the market and learn everything possible;
  • Develop marketing, creative and digital teams with local expertise;
  • Collaborate with leadership to strategize how best to roll out our proprietary eCommerce platform in GBA;
  • Network effectively with local clients and develop strong professional relationships;
  • Work to ensure meeting deadlines and budgets are maintained;
  • Leading the business development team to hit monthly & quarterly goals;
  • Dealing with clients for an always-on partnership;
  • Leading creative, account team and reviewing campaign performances from a general perspective;
  • Reporting weekly basis to global HQ management;
  • Be responsible for the P&L of the activity in Shenzhen office;
  • Confirming monthly revenue generation & invoicing and align with the HQ finance team;
  • Mentor direct reports, especially our values and vision
  • Contribute to the overall global success of our company

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Master's degree or other relevant fields, strongly preferred
  • Five years' or more experience in management in an international business setting
  • Significant experience in digital, eCommerce and marketing fields strongly preferred
  • Advanced in both English and Mandarin is a must
  • Cantonese is an advantage
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
  • Analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills
  • Solid history of data-driven strategic development
  • Decisive and committed
  • A natural leader who inspires and motivates those around them


We offer monthly Salary before tax: RMB$30,000-36,000 (税前工资) 13 months’ Salary per year ( 13 )

职位描述

  • 全面管理深圳分公司新业务部
  • 熟悉本地营销大环境,建立具有本地市场专业知识的营销创意团队
  • 对媒体投放,KOL合作有深入了解,维护开拓广告资源,与供应商及媒体进行项目谈判
  • 负责以***方式在大湾区内推广我司电子商务平台
  • 参与重要方案的创意基础,策划内容,提案撰写,维持较高的提案通过率
  • 能独立带领团队完成项目并实现季度目标,对于项目推进的时间管理与客户保持良好沟通
  • 为客户提供长期战略性策略,成功管理并交付中标项目,确保项目效果达到客户预期
  • 具有极强的成本意识,对项目推进流程中的预算进行有效管理并与总部财务团队保持紧密沟通
  • 制定人员编制计划,了解下属员工的期望,通过日常的工作辅导与专项的培训练习,协助其进行职业规划,并帮助期达成职业发展目标
  • 每周与总部报告工作进展,根据公司业绩目标,掌握业绩进度,监督团队各项工作有效实施,确保完成指定的业绩目标


任职资格

  • 优先考虑硕士学位
  • 有五年或以上的在国际业务环境中的管理经验
  • 较强的业务推展能力及沟通能力,认真负责的工作态度,可承受一定的工作压力
  • 极强的团队管理能力和组织协调能力
  • 具有电子商务及4A广告公司丰富工作经验者优先
  • 必须具备中英文读写能力,会说广东话加分
  • 为人灵活,处事不惊。责任心强,具备较强的抗压能力


工资待遇:

月薪:人民币30,000-36,000(税前工资)每年13个月的薪水(享有13薪水)
