1、根据销售人员的订单情况，跟踪后续事宜，包括在管家婆系统中开单，制作标书，完善合同；

2、整理部门的文件资料及存档，走相关订单流程，授权资料、采购单、合同、发票结算等文件资料申请盖章；

3、安排发货、物流跟进及客诉处理；

4、安排月结对账工作，开票结款及回款跟进；

5、内部的流程梳理跟进及异常事务的处理；

6、每周统计周业绩汇总，进行业绩对比分析

7、更新每日库存，掌握中性库存动态，无库存的产品及时安排备货。

8、协助各销售人员处理日常行政事务等。

9、严格执行公司的各项规章制度，积极完成销售部下达的各项工作要求

10、协助上级完成日常工作、完成上级临时交待事务

任职要求：

1、有跟单工作经历者优先；

2、做事认真、细心、负责；

3、熟练使用Word,Excel等办公软件；

4、具有服务意识和较强的沟通协调能力。
