职位描述

Responsililities  :   

1.Manage Procure to Pay (AP) and Order to Cash (AR) projects aimed to improve existing processes and creation of new value-added tasks to optimise current finance service levels. This includes the promotion of continuous improvement culture in PTP OTC processes focused in effectiveness, efficiency and quality.

2.Manage and develop highly engaged team performing AP/ AR activities for countries in scope including hiring, training, distribution of workload, task prioritization, coaching and organization structure to ensure development of the team.

3.Take an active role as a business leader within the team and support the overall objectives of the business as well as collaborating with the rest of the business departments.

4.Responsible for meeting and exceeding Service Level Agreements, KPIs and customer expectations.

5.Provide excellent service to internal and external customers, addressing and resolving customers' issues and concerns. This includes timely accrual submission, periodic reports and project updates to customers.

6.Work with external vendor and Geodis suppliers to support AR & AP activities.

7.Educate the business on standard processes and ensure compliance with established procedures/ internal control 8.Work with IT resources to design, evaluate, acquire, and adapt systems for Finance processes (Freight bill validation, archiving).

9.Responsible for accurate deployment of new PTP OTC processes, tools and procedures as a consequence of business improvement initiatives.

10.Other tasks assigned by senior management.


Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree above, specialization in Finance, Logistic or Supply Chain.

2.Fluent, management business level communication in both verbal and written English and Mandarin.

3.Other country local language is a plus.

4.At least 5 year experience in logistics related industry , 2 years in management position.

5.8 -10 years of related experience in a Logistic or Supply Chain function is preferred.

6.3 years above working experience in operation or account management;3 years above working experience in a multicultural environment

7.Demonstrated strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes (plan, source, make, deliver).

8.Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills with proven capabilities in influencing, negotiating, planning and coordinating and relationship building

9.Demonstrated strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
