岗位职责：

1. 负责团队新客户开发、现有及潜在客户信息分析及大客户拓展和维护；
2. 全面负责本团队猎头项目的具体推进、执行，完成年度业务指标；
3. 指导团队成员进行中高端人才猎寻项目的搜寻，筛选，协调，推动，解决客户的人才需求；
4. 协助进行候选人与客户的薪资协调及谈判工作，快速达成共同目标。

任职资格：

1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上猎头行业经验，有2年团队管理经验；
2. 对猎头工作模式和所属行业有深入认知，有一定的行业客户资源；
3. 具有说服力的过往业绩；
4. 沟通能力强，掌握一定的商务谈判技巧；
5. 具有较强的分析及解决问题的能力，抗压能力强。
