               Role Description This position is responsible for managing new & existing customers relationships. The position will be responsible for the promotion and sales of DuPont Teijin Films PET/PEN films to multi applications and market. He/she is also responsible for develop the new opportunities to catch up market needs and driving profitable business growth.

·         Adherence to company core values, code of conduct. ·         Achieve business goals and target on sales & development. ·         Build & maintain sustainable relationship with existing customers and make breakthrough in the new developed accounts in the market. ·         Proactively update competition landscape and Market intelligence ·         Understand market trends/key customer needs to identify new opportunities. Work with Global technical team for new business development.

·         Bachelor degree or above. Good written and spoken English. Intermediate Japanese level will be a good plus. ·         Minimum 5-8 years’ sales or business development experience in chemical industry ·         Experience in B2B key account is an advantage. ·         Strong business acumen, ability to innovate and sales execution capability. ·         Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. ·         A strong team player with ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and in multi-cultural groups to achieve stated goals. ·         Ability to work under pressure and willing to travel frequently. ·         Proactive, aggressive, initiative, result oriented and strong ownership.
