Job Description：

• Maintain or Update SSD (Scheduled Ship Date) in Oracle for any new orders or changed orders according to Planner’s advice within 2 working days
• Daily update SSD against CM’s blanket order in Oracle for shipment according to planner’s advice
• Make any planning related reports, i.e. Daily Backlog report; Daily On-hand report; Weekly Shipment report, etc.
• Manage Work orders: Goods issue review and coordinate to fix the abnormal; working with Finance/Production/Engineering to Complete work order and clear long aging WIP
  

 Requirements

• 3+ years related working experience
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Oracle experience is preferred
• Fluent in written English
• Good communication and negotiation skills
