DIMENSIONS OF ASSIGNMENT
Functionally reports to (position): Maintenance Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
1. College or above degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in chemical industry environment, preferred for working experience in foreign-funded company.
3. Understand the working principle of different types of pumps/compressor, mechanical seals, heat exchangers and pressure vessels.
4. Knowledge of winders and vibration analysis will be an advantage.
5. Ability to do transient analysis, fault protection analysis, software logic analysis.
6. Professional MS Office skill.
7. Good command of written and verbal English.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide technology support for all Mech. equipments to Mech. Technician.
2. Be in charge of reliability and maintenance technology and safety system for all Mech. equipments.
3. Be in charge of maintaining and improving of MI(Mechanical integrity) procedure.
4. Arrange and check all Mech. equipment documents and drawings which delivered from construction.
5. Arrange and establish all Mech. equipment BOMs, review and develop spare parts storage.
6. Review and develop integrated PPM plan for all Mech. equipments.
7. Consummate basal documents and techniques and process of FIY、OAM、predictive maintenance for all Mechanical equipments.
8. Develop spare parts requirement plan based on a detailed PPM plan, and establish an annual budget for all Mech. equipments.
9. Understand SAP system and develop analysis and report flow for all Mechanical equipment failures.
10. Be in charge of RCM、RCA performance and PPM modification for all Mechanical equipments.
11. Be in charge of MOC performance in all Mech. equipments.
12. Participate PCS process and develop equipment check sheet and patrol sheet.
13. Review and develop maintenance JP.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES (Optional)
1. Attend all training designed and completed on time.
2. Zero incident which compliance and EHS related, contain yourself or your team member. Focus on special equipments and MI and SWP.
3. Provide support to Mech. technician anywhere and anytime.
4. Keep the equipment technical system running smoothly and improve it continually.
5. Zero mechanical equipment incident which effect operation breaking or even S/D.
6. All equipment documents and drawings should be transferred to archive room completely.
7. Complete arrangement and classify of all critical equipments BOM, and establish suitable spare parts storage.
8. PPM plan should achieve a satisfied criterion and focus on critical equipment first.
9. Complete all basal documents and techniques and processes of FIY、OAM、predictive maintenance related to critical equipment first.
10. Work out a detail annual spare parts plan and budget.
11. All critical equipment failures monthly can be analyzed and tracked.
12. Beginning RCM and RCA for critical equipments,work out an implementation plan.
13. Work out check sheet and patrol for all critical Mech. equipments
14. All JP reviewed and completed.
