Responsibilities:

1. Line Reporting to Head of Marketing and Business.

  对市场营销部领导负责；

2. Dot line reporting to CTO .

  同时向CTO汇报；

3. Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.

  协助进行销售及促成和发掘销售机会；

4. Acting as the technical bridge/interface for both customers and inside.

  充当外部客户和公司内部的技术桥梁/接口；

5. Be responsible for the organization and preparation of the technical documents to support pre-sales activities.

  负责组织和准备技术文档以支持售前活动；

6. Compiling lists describing our organization's offerings.

  编制公司产品清单和介绍；

7. Participating in company conferences, trade shows, and major events.

  参加公司会议、论坛、展览等重大活动；

8. Researching demand for the organization's products and services.

  调研公司产品和服务相关的内外部需求；

9. Evaluating competitors.

  竞争对手调研和评估；

10. Handling technical related communication internal and external.

  进行内外部技术相关的沟通。

Requirements:

1. Strong Interesting in Marketing and Business Development is MUST.

  必须有对市场营销的浓厚兴趣；

2.Master degree is MUST, and degree in Telecommunication or Optical communication, or computer science or related fields is preferred, however the position is opened for all major including business, engineering, arts, languages, etc. Experience, Innovation and enthusiasm are much important.

  硕士学历，电信、光通信、计算机或相关专业优先；

3. Experience with creating a requirement analysis, solution proposal, system definition, system outline design, Feasible study report, how-to-beat related for competitive products and/or biding document is preferred.

  具有创建需求分析、解决方案、系统定义、系统轮廓设计、可行性研究报告、与应对竞争产品和/或招标文件相关的方法论方面的经验者优先；

4. Experience with V2X, Optical Camera Communication solution, AR-HUD product, wearable AR-glasses, and/or other Optical products is a plus.

   具有V2X、光学相机通信解决方案、AR-HUD产品、可穿戴式AR眼镜和/或其他光学产品的经验者优先；

5. Experience of working with Rail industry is mandatory and experience in Automotive industry is a plus.

  必须具有与铁路行业合作的经验，同时具有汽车行业经验者优先考虑；

6. Understanding of public relations.

  熟悉公共关系；

7. Advanced communication skills.

  沟通能力优秀；

8. Ability to quickly adapt to change.

  能够快速适应变化；

9. Good command of both Chinese and English. Germany and Japanese is a plus.

  汉语、英语听说读写能力优秀；会德语、日语者可优先考虑；

10. Business Traveling is required from time to time and the working base is Shenzhen or Beijing.
