Responsibilities:
1) Provide quick-turn product specific technical applications engineering support to our customers and field teams in China;
2) Develop competitive analysis summaries;
3) Study new markets and new product proposals, evaluating new ideas, converting promising ideas into definitions from which designers can work, and supporting the project from concept to finished silicon product;
4) Lab evaluation on existing and new product silicon;
5) Write product literature including data sheets and application notes;
6) Write the interface software in C++ for testing our IC;
7) Work with our firmware team very closely and deliver a completed system level solution to customers;
8) Train company internal Sales and FAE (Field Applications Engineers) teams.

Requirements:
1) At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in board-level analog circuit design (PCB) and battery system work, test or applications;
2) Knowledge in battery charging and fuel gauge algorithm is a big plus;
3) Good programming skill in C++ and firmware for embedded controller;
4) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
5) Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact directly with design, test, business management and corporate executives;
6) Self-motivated.
