职责描述：

1. Team management to continuously improve our Customer Satisfaction

团队管理，持续改善客户满意度

2. IQ investigation, Clinical trial organizer, Clinical Trial Associate, customer use test organizer, customer complaint handling

图像质量调查，临床试验组织者，临床试验监查员，客户使用测试组织者，处理客户抱怨 

 3. Be responsible of team's working outcome and team members' personal development.

管理团队业绩和人员发展

4.As R&D interface, handling IB issues; Deeply understanding problems and driven for solution

做为研发接口，处理所有IB相关问题；深度了解问题根源并推动解决

                            

任职要求：

1.Sequence and image reconstruction or clinical application; MR theory, MR system and function; 

2. Basic knowledge on GCP, clinical trial and project management. 

3. Knowledge sharing and coaching junior employees. 

4. Collaboration with international teams.

5. Fluence in  English
