工作职责：

1.协助公司股东大会、董事会、监事会等会议的筹备组织相关工作，保障公司三会事务的规范运作；

2.协助董秘筹备董事会和股东大会，并负责会议纪要和会议文件；

3.协助董秘处理董事会的日常工作及各项公关外联工作；

4.协助董秘根据研究公司的发展战略、经营状况、行业动态及监管部门的法规，进行公司信息披露事务，保证信息披露的及时、准确、合法、真实和完整；

5.协助筹划证券市场投融资活动，为管理层战略规划提供及时、科学的决策信息支持；

6.协助董秘规范公司内部治理，针对问题提出整改建议和治理措施，保障公司合法合规经营；

7.公司章程和董事会规定的其他职责。

岗位要求：

1.本科及以上学历，经济、金融或其他经济类相关专业;

2.2年及以上上市公司证券部相关工作经验;

3.熟悉证券法律、行政法规、规章以及其他规范性文件；

4.具备一定的财务、法律及金融知识，熟练掌握投融资流程和专项业务知识；

5.具有良好的学习能力、写作能力和分析判断能力;

6.逻辑思辨能力;

7.成就导向;

8.责任心.
